FOUNDER & CEO
Hello I’m Nicole! I started my first dog walking company in NY because I wanted to spend more time with my dogs, Layla and Peanut, and found a way to do just that! Using my hospitality experience and “can do attiude”, I built what is known today as Pawfect Pals! Growing up in New Orleans with a family that loved creatures big and small instilled in me a true passion for all animals. Because of this, I wanted to create a company that provides top notch animal care with outstanding customer service!
Josh Hill
DOG WALKER/ PET SITTER
Hello! My name is Josh and I have been blessed to enter the joyful world of dog-sitting/walking through my friend Francesca whose dedication to taking care of other's animals has really inspired me! I like paying attention to the pups with unique quirks and behaviors, while keeping owners informed via our client portal. When I walk or sit dogs I treat them with all the love and attention as I would my own pets!

My name is Luis Garcia, I am a Miami Native! growing up in the magic city, I’ve had all types of pets growing up! For the last 5 years have worked closely with Nicole on many different doggie related ventures! I have a passion for art and community! As the marketing & communication lead for Pawfect Pal’s I’m ecstatic to help bring our local community together for some awesome Paw-tastic events!
Jordan Sullivan

Hello! My name is Jordan Sullivan. I just moved to Coconut Grove from Buffalo NY where I spent the last year working as a veterinary assistant. I have a Bachelors Degree in Criminology from Florida State University, but now am currently pursuing a career in veterinary medicine at UF. I have two rabbits at home and am a lover of all dogs! I can't wait to give all the kisses and belly rubs when I meet your fur babies!

Hey y’all! My name is Audrey Ann. I’ve been walking dogs and working with Nicole for over 5 years now. She actually hired me at my first job as a hostess! Together I helped her launch Downtown Dogs, which evolved into Pawfect Pals! I love dogs and I can guarantee that when I walk or sit, all the furbabies are taken care of!

Hi I’m Marki Rae. I grew up with dogs and I have been around so many different breeds throughout my life. I love that they are always happy and the unconditional love that they give to everyone. I love walking dogs in Miami and will give yours all of the love that they deserve :)
