  • All appointments are booked on TimeToPet app, which can also be accessed on your web browser.

  • Availability may be limited for the type of service requested. Walks should be booked 24 hours in advance. New clients booking for daycare, playgroup, lodging and in-home sitting must first have their pet be assessed by a member of our team.

  • We need access to get inside your home so this may require a set of keys that stay with us or a lockbox near your door that houses the keys.

  • Dog walking is the perfect job for students, retirees, and those who enjoy flexibility and variety. We need a schedule that not only fits yours but for our walkers as well! We always strive to be consistent with the walker’s assigned to your pup’s appointment.

  • Yes! We are insured and bonded by Business Insurers Of The Carolinas. And proud members of the International Pet Sitters Association.

  • Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice will be charged full price.

  • We accept checks, Zelle, Paypal, Venmo and credit cards. Please note there is a 3% fee applied to each credit card transaction.
